Merrick Pet Care owns and operates their own full dry, canning and natural treat plant, making it the only pet food manufacturer of its kind. Each facility is within minutes of each other, enabling Merrick to oversee each part of the manufacturing process and therefore guaranteeing the quality.
All Merrick products go through an intricate set of tests before going out to market. Nothing is left to chance as Merrick’s quality assurance representatives test the raw materials, end product and integrity of the packaging at each crucial stage. In addition, random samples are taken on a consistent basis to test the product overall.
